I love Picasaa. Here are five reasons you should use, as well as tips. They are listed in no particular order.

Picasa's Photo Viewer provides a nice alternative to the default Windows Photo Viewer. It pops up the image a nice smooth animation and gives you some options that appear in the picture. It'sa very aesthetically pleasing way to view the photos, and doesn't have to use the other part of Picasa! After Picasa is installed, just go to the Start menu, go to Picasa 3, and then click Set Picasa Photo Viewer.

2. It provides a quick and easy Web Backup

I never got a picture on Flickr or other sharing sites, but I think Picasa is a good (and easy) way to keep me back to the company's own image. All you need to do is log in with your Google Account and select Synchronize the Web! Before you do this, you can go to the Picasa, go to Tools and select Settings and then click the File tab to add the file types Picasa, go to the Web Albums tab and change the default size of the Original so doesn't resize your images.

3. Easy image editing

Although it might not be as powerful as Photoshop, Picasa is still an excellent program for editing images. It replaces most of the cases of simple sliders and buttons. I actually prefer this quick edits in Photoshop, simply because of its simplicity and speed. It will also save the original if you ever want to come back. 4. Nice screen saver

Picasa is a really nice screen saver with many different settings. Get it to Picasa, go to Tools, Options. Click Settings to change some stuff. It offers several ways to browse your pictures and you can choose which folders to use it. Or, you can also use the RSS feed!

I won't deny it, I'ma fan of Google. I like pretty much everything Google releases. But even if Aren't a fan boy Google, Picasa is Google's yet to gain. It integrates well with Gmail and Picasa Web Albums, and Google loves the Easter eggs! As above. Pressing Ctrl + Shift + Y to see it, and you can continue to press it further. They can also drag around.

I love picasa, it provides me best solution for my bundles of photos to see them on my desktop and online anywhere.

Picasa is really smooth. It's a brilliant piece of software I use it for my photoshop. To me it seems to be easier. Definitely a Picasa user! ipod touch

Oh I really like Picasa's Photo Viewer and I have to admit that it is my one of the most favorite photo viewer of all. I really like to edit various photo, especially human photos. The most I like is Hailey Young because she is very beautiful woman and I really like to edit her photos and create the fabulous art. Thanks a lot for the interesting information about this program. I ended up using Picasa by accident, as it is the default photo storage software for any blogs hosted on blogger. One thing they don't tell you though, is that if you get rid of the Google account associated with your Picasa account all the photos from your blog disappear. Thanks a lot Picasa!

Picasa is so good to use. I think the viewer is the best part of this. It just makes things easier to use. It is so clear to see through. free credit report

The great thing about Picasa is that I never have to worry about backing up my photos locally. I’m really a fan of showing my photos to my family when I’m visiting, now I don’t have to haul around an external hard drive to do it.

Ive been using PICASA since its early days and up to now. Great software that is definitely worth trying if you want to organize all those photos. college essays

I actually prefer this over Photoshop for some simple fixes. For example, you can easily use Picasa to fix red eye in a picture with a few clicks, move on to the next picture, fix red eye, and go on like that. It’s simple and fast.new mini You can also do the same with things like removing pimples and stuff using the retouch tool. Picasa also has a beautiful interface and comes with a beautiful photo viewer. Here’s a post I did over at SimpleHelp about google seo

I never know that picasa have so much feature inside, last time my pc been format the people who do the format for me have put picasa inside the pc. Picasa already inside my pc but I never went into detail to use it. all I know is it show exact picture and not like old file where it just put name which I don't know unless I click on it and see it. It waste of time but now with picasa it easy. thank for info about picasa, got to try it.
